Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify payment transactions for the Latin America AIG Facultative Desk.
- Allocate cash receipts and generate journal entries.
- Update payment status for each account and issue cancellation notices for past due accounts.
- File and organize digital cash receipts and support financial internal and external audits.
- Assist other Collection team members and resolve situations related to premium payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in the insurance industry and proficiency in MS Office suite products, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and analytical skills with attention to detail.
