- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit retail sales and operations.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including medical and adult use.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time to dispensaries in Maryland.
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
