Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Data Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities include data entry, document processing, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in our systems
  • Type at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Process incoming documents for data entry
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating documents and emails
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Communicate with team members and clients to verify data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Fast typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills in English
  • Ability to work with data recorders and optical scanners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
