**About the Role**

The Business Systems Liaison will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CACS application.

This includes managing data, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent analytical skills, and experience with project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing various tasks related to the CACS application without assistance from TMD or Evertec
  • Maintaining technical documentation, such as infrastructure diagrams and process flows
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents, documenting solutions, and referring issues to the appropriate units or external providers
  • Ensuring system controls are implemented correctly, analyzing data for system functionality, and authorizing daily processes like letter dispatches
  • Coordinating and implementing new requests and updates related to corporate projects
