About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals and providers.

As a Patient Access Representative, you will:

  • Provide live person chat support to answer questions and resolve issues related to credentialing, contracting, and product load status.
  • Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate solid relationships with providers and their staff.
  • Complete documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools.
  • Microsoft and Windows PC applications skills, including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options during normal business hours (8:00am-9:00pm ATL).

Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is also required.
