Job Description

NCBA CLUSA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative compliance support to our technical team and implementing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programmatic (40%)
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programmatic and financial aspects of assigned projects.
    • Draft, write, review, analyze, process, and edit periodic progress reports, annual work plans, assessments, and evaluations.
    • Participate in new business development, including researching possible sources of funding and new programs.
  • Financial (20%)
    • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports.
    • Develop and monitor annual project budgets.
    • Prepare pipeline production and analyses.
  • Contracts and Agreements (20%)
    • Ensure compliance with contract provisions and USG regulations.
    • Monitor partner compliance with subcontracts and sub-agreements.
    • Review, analyze, and process project contracts and agreements.
  • Logistic and Administrative Support (20%)
    • Initiate procurement of project equipment and ensure inventory control procedures.
    • Review and/or provide content for periodic reports and summaries.
    • Participate in regular project/finance reviews.
Requirements
  • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where complex tasks are necessary.
Work Environment
