Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Buscojobs Puerto Rico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for integrating automated data extractions, transformations, and delivery tools to execute multiple business strategies at different frequencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate automated data extractions, transformations, and delivery tools to execute multiple business strategies at different frequencies.
- Manage the monitoring, execution, results, and oversight of predictive models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in strategy execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and performance by updating and analyzing reports and efficiently managing ad-hoc requests as they arise.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, as well as for analyzing complex data sets and generating actionable insights.
- At least three (3) years of experience in an analytical environment including dashboards development, process automation, data mining, data extraction, and reporting.
- Excellent oral and communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
