Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Le Reserve LLC. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay with us.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, as well as providing friendly interactions with our guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in residential cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as strong customer service skills. You will be required to clean and maintain our guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and towels. Additionally, you will need to wear your comfortable Team Member apparel and stock, organize, and transport the housekeeping supply cart across the hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning and sanitation practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning
• Experience in laundry and custodial services
• Familiarity with housekeeping management and commercial cleaning
• Cooking skills are a plus
• Previous experience in janitorial or hotel environments is advantageous

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
