PeopleSoft Financials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and functional support to the Oracle PeopleSoft Financials application. This includes enhancing Oracle PeopleSoft Financials functionality and reporting, as well as maintaining integrity of existing functionality.

1. Perform business analysis and functional support for the Oracle PeopleSoft Financial application version 8.4 in areas such as Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory and General Ledger.
2. Support system testing and user training
3. Provide telephonic support to Oracle PeopleSoft Financial users
4. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to develop and implement inventory control procedures
5. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
6. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Accounting / Finance experience
• Minimum 2 years of Functional experience with the following accounting modules: Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory and General Ledger
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Ability to work onsite in San Juan, PR
• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish / English)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
