Demand Forecasting Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Demand Forecasting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating demand plans, developing demand forecasts, and researching demand drivers. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement forecast-driven decisions and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in fast-moving consumer goods or equivalent industries.
• Proven experience in Demand Planning or forecasting roles, preferably with expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP APO and SAP ECC, or similar applications.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish & English, oral and written).
