**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator Developer


**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator Developer to join our team at Govfirst. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, API integrations, and administration.


**Responsibilities:



  • Integrate Salesforce with Snowflake to enhance data integration capabilities.
  • Develop a technical roadmap to replace or enhance current system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools, aligning with our company's business needs.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements through workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules, ensuring efficient data management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data automation, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Oversee Salesforce environments, including sandbox management and metadata deployment, ensuring timely and efficient updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives, driving growth and innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce upgrades and recommend process improvements, ensuring our solutions remain efficient and effective.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and administration activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, providing timely assistance and resolution.

**Requirements:** Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce Architecture and Development. At least 5 years designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations. 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience. Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and independence. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) is a plus. Salesforce developer and administrator certifications preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.


**Desired Skills/Experience:** Familiarity with software development methodologies (agile, waterfall). Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud is a plus. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, data analytics, and project management tools like JIRA. Experience with Snowflake, Mulesoft, Informatica Cloud, and Tableau Cloud is beneficial.
