**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making menu recommendations
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
  • Prepare dining areas by setting tables, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Process payments by preparing bills and handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers, addressing concerns, and asking for feedback
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Develop excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Utilize effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Practice active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Maintain a patient and friendly demeanor to provide a positive customer experience
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
