Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Language Educator to join our team at Carib Christian School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lesson plans, as well as providing instruction in English language skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with Teacher Certification. The successful candidate will have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and guidelines
  • Provide instruction in English language skills to students at the secondary level
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with Teacher Certification
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
