Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team in Juncos, PR. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, setting up and preparing equipment for operation, and assisting in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Set up and prepare equipment for operation
  • Assist in manufacturing operations
  • Prepare media and buffers and/or dispense raw materials and record transactions in appropriate system(s)
  • Operate process automation and building monitoring systems
  • Act as safety representative
  • Understand and follow procedures
  • Document activities as appropriate (i.e., MPs and logs) using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
  • Comply with cGMPs
  • Comply with safety requirements
Requirements:
  • High School diploma with minimum 6 months of experience
  • Ability to perform basic computer operations, such as ability to navigate in MS Office, use email, and complete training using Computer Based Training (CBT)
  • Ability to assemble disassemble, operate and understand equipment per procedures
  • Ability and willingness to work any shift in support of operations that may include 24/7
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment
  • Organizational skills and an ability to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Capacity to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions and make adjustments to equipment
  • Documentation skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
