As a caregiver at All Around Care, your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with various daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Maintaining effective communication with relevant parties to provide updates on ongoing care.Creating and sustaining a safe, healthy, and pleasant living environment for clients.Proficiency in handling equipment like the hoyer lift, gait belts, and providing care for bed-bound clients.Demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach in all interactions with clients.Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying client needs. To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
