Caregiver

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs personal care and patient-specific activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
Help with patients personal hygiene care Assist with dressing Prepare meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerform light housekeeping activitiesProvide hospice supportive care and medication remindersAssist with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssist with blood glucose monitoringUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis2 Years previous experience in the home care industry as a Caregiver is required. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
