Export Specialist

Job description Our client, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Exports Specialist to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of export shipments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and prepare all export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Track shipments accurately, addressing and resolving any issues that arise in communication or documentation.
Prepare and provide quotes for customers and agents as required, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Create, update, and maintain reports related to export activities and performance metrics.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using export management software and other relevant tools.
