Managing parts of construction projects for relevant disciplines. (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation). Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project management. Project Activity Reporting and Monitoring, ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
Being fluent in both Spanish and English.
Similar marine terminal building experience is plus."
Requisitos:
This position requires approximately two-year of experience, fully bilingual, with a completed degree and a minimum of 2 years' prior experience in construction improvement projects.
The person will report to work most of the time in the San Juan area during administrative hours.
