The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, team-based position that requires a strong desire for success in sales, the ability to handle complex conversations with a range of clients from local companies to global corporations, and a working knowledge of any major vertical industry. Responsibilities include executing new business development, growing client relationships, maintaining and updating market research databases, supporting the client transaction process, and actively participating in the brokerage team. The role demands a proactive, adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills, who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative, driven professional environment.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 8 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a proven track record in high-level sales production. A State Real Estate License is required, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong computer orientation, be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project management capabilities, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines, are essential.
