Legal Internship (The Woodlands, Texas)

Huntsman is hiring for our 2025 Summer Legal Internship Program. Our summer intern program is tailored to individuals who are currently enrolled full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university. The internship runs from May to August - dependent on the school calendar. The goal of the Huntsman Intern Program is to provide a structured program that will equip interns with the skills and experience to help prepare for a successful career.

As a Legal Intern you will: Gather knowledge regarding the roles and responsibilities of a corporate legal divisionSupport the legal team in providing timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysisProvide support to the team in various projectsGain an understanding of the company and core valuesWork with team members to accomplish function specific tasks and meet project deadlinesEffectively perform legal research and analysisDevelop an understanding of how legal & regulatory compliance help business units with strategy and overall goals.Gain practical in-house experience in a variety of disciplines Qualifications: Full time college student at the Junior, Senior or Master level by the end of Spring 2025Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university seeking a Bachelor's degreeMust have 3.0 or higher GPAMust be authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorshipStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent computer skills; especially proficient in Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of building dashboards in Power BI is a plus Additional Locations:
