TRABAJAR DE LA MANO CON LOS INQUILINOS Y LOS PROGRAMAS FEDERALES Y ESTATALES SOBRE ASISTENCIA EN ALQUILER.
REALIZARA INSPECCIONES SOBRE LAS DISTINTAS PROPIEDADES, SE COMUNICARA Y COORDINARA CON PROVEEDORES PARA TRABAJOS DE REPARACIONES, GESTIONARA LOS COBROS DE INQUILINOS. MANEJARA EL PROCESO DE FACTURACION Y MANEJO DE CUENTAS DE AAA Y LUMA PARA CADA PROPIEDAD. REALIZARA ESTUDIOS DE RENTABILIDAD SOBRE UNIDADES DE ALQUILER.
Requisitos:
ALGUNA EXPERIENCIA EN ADMINISTRACION DE PROPIEDADES. EXPERIENCIA PREVIA EN GESTIONES DE COBROS Y/O SISTEMAS DE COMPUTADORA. CAPACIDAD PARA TRABAJAR BAJO PRESION. MANEJO DE MULTIPLES TAREAS Y PROYECTOS AL MISMO TIEMPO. HABILIDAD PARA TRABAJAR EN EQUIPO. EXCELENTES HABILIDADES COMUNICATIVAS Y DE ORGANIZACION.
