The Reliability Engineer at PdMtech, Inc., oversees & manages a team of technicians performing predictive maint. activities using advanced technologies such as rotor balancing, machine shaft alignment, & vibration analysis. Your primary duties will include planning & coordinating daily activities, ensuring that maint. tasks are performed efficiently & accurately, preparing detailed customer reports, & developing operational procedures that align with company standards & customer requirements. Other Key Responsibilities: Equip. & Tool Mgmt./ Safety & Compliance/ Continuous Improvement & Training/Customer Relationship/Monitoring & KPI Report/Troubleshooting & Tech. Support/ Project Mgmt. Support/Tech. Expertise & Consultation/Documentation & Record Keeping/Collaboration with Marketing Teams/ Risk Mgmt. and Preventive Measures/ Budget & Resource Mgmt/ Reporting to Senior Mgmt.
Requisitos:
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Certification in predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., Vibration Analysis, Thermography, etc.) is a plus.

Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, precision services, or a related field, including experience with rotor balancing and machine shaft alignment.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies, precision measurement tools, and machinery performance analysis is desirable.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and support.

Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Safety-oriented: In-de
