Supervisa, dirige y maneja todas las fases de operaciones de los departamentos de Grocery, Dairy y Non Food para obtener las ventas, márgenes máximos, controlar gastos operacionales y garantizar que la tienda cumpla con las proyecciones y expectativas por medio del personal y de los recursos disponibles según los estándares establecidos.
Requisitos:
Educación y/o Experiencia: 1.Grado Asociado en Administración de Compañías con concentración en Gerencia Operacional o algún campo relacionado. Bachillerato preferiblemente, pero no totalmente requerido.
2. Uno hasta tres años de experiencia en la industria de supermercados con participación exitosa en un programa de adiestramiento en gerencia o equivalente en educación y experiencia.
3.Debe tener conocimiento comprensivo y funcional de todos los aspectos de gerencia y operación de tienda.
Habilidad de Razonar:
1. Poseer destrezas matemáticas (en Contabilidad) para entender informes, presupuestos, proyecciones, informes financieros entre otros.
2. Poseer un análisis crítico para la toma de decisiones e implementación de estrategias.
3. Habilidad de interpretar una variedad de instrucciones provistas por escrito u oralmente.
