General Description
Provide assistance in the Insurance Department at Popular Auto.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:

Manages clients, agencies, brokers, and insurance companies to achieve the renewal of policies within the established period.
:

Manages cancellation notice policies and payment certifications within the established period.
:

Constantly updates policy information in the system.
:

Copies data and compiles reports.
:

Prepares, maintains, and updates reports and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
:

Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
:

Collects and distributes paperwork from one department to another.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

+ 60 credits or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
At least one (1) year in administrative tasks and customer service. Experience in insurance documentation, preferred.

:

Attention to detail.

Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
:

Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.

Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
:

Fluent oral and written communication in English, preferred.

Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
