Occupational Therapist Ic

An Occupational Therapist (OT) as IC administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. Agency provides services to the following towns: Bayamón, Cataño, Toa Baja, Dorado, Vega Alta, Toa Alta, Corozal, Naranjito, Comerío, Orocovis, Barranquitas. The OT will be assigned a route that will cover a combination of cities according patients' needs.
Requisitos:
Minimum Requirements: 1. Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination.
2. Is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
3. Currently licensed in the state (s) in which practicing.
4. At least 6 months experience.
5. Valid Professional Register, Vaccines Record for Hep B, Varicela, Flu and Covid 19, BSLS/CPR, Law 300, Particle Test, Health Certificate, Good Conduct Certificate, Valid Driver's license.
6. Available to work the cities that covers the Agency.
