Here at Labster, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Global Payroll Specialist to join our Finance Team. The primary responsibility of the Senior Global Payroll Specialist will be to process our global payrolls. The ideal candidate will have experience running US Payroll (via ADP) and working with third party payroll providers in Europe. ResponsibilitiesProcess payrolls across entities (USA, Spain, Denmark, UK, Canada and Switzerland)Process, book and reconcile subcontractor payrolls (EoR - Employee of Records)Lead communication and alignment with People Department related to PayrollHandle employee reimbursementsMonitor, book and reconcile commissions and bonus calculationsTake part of streamlining and optimizing our processes between People department and financePerform month end reconciliations and analysis (vacation liabilities, tax liabilities, benefit liabilities etc.)Assist with the annual audit processMonitor Payroll related tax complianceCoordinate the annual 401k auditContinuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracyCompetencies & Skills 3+ years of experience preparing Payroll, preferably in international organizations3+ Experience with tools like ADP, Humaans (our HRIS), NetSuite, Excel, and Google SheetsA plus if you have experience with working in multinational companies (various regulatory frameworks)Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamicsStrong communication and critical thinking skills are requiredAbility to work cross-functionally and with the senior leadership teamVerbal and written fluency in English is requiredProven track record of delivering on commitments, and working closely & effectively with peers and leaders outside of the Finance teamWhy Labster.
