In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities: Receive returned products or those identified as non-conforming and review the related documentation.
Conduct a detailed analysis to identify the cause of the non-conformity.
Record findings and prepare detailed reports on non-conforming products, including descriptions and recommendations.
Work alongside other departments (production, quality, logistics) to communicate findings and propose solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement meetings and contribute to the optimization of processes and quality standards.
Attend training sessions and stay updated on regulations and quality standards.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.  Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performs detailed mathematical calculations.
Provides engineering support to the manufacturing line.
Conducts experiments / tests for engineers.
Collects and analyzes numeric data.
Assists in the adequate disposition to non-conforming product/material (P.R.B.).
Qualifications:  Associate degree: Background (Educational: Electronics, Mechanical, Engineering Technology, or related field 1-2 years of experience in related area.
