El Office Assistant brinda apoyo administrativo directo a los administradores de varias clínicas veterinarias. Su función principal es asistir en tareas clericales, entrada de datos, manejo de documentación, y coordinación con suplidores. Este rol requiere un alto nivel de organización, atención al detalle y la capacidad de resolver situaciones administrativas de forma eficiente. Es esencial contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en ambas localidades y mantener una comunicación efectiva con los administradores.
Requisitos:
Responsabilidades Principales: Realizar tareas clericales como entrada y actualización de datos en el sistema administrativo y/o clínico.
Apoyar en la digitalización, organización y archivo físico y electrónico de documentos.
Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, entregas y solicitudes de suplidores.
Resolver situaciones administrativas relacionadas con suplidores, incluyendo reclamos, facturación y coordinación de entregas.
Monitorear y mantener el inventario de materiales de oficina y otros suministros administrativos.
Asistir en la preparación de reportes internos y documentos solicitados por los administradores.
Coordinar agendas, reuniones y otras tareas administrativas según se asignen.
Apoyar en la organización de auditorías y cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios.
Realizar tareas de mensajería interna entre ambas clínicas, cuando sea necesario.
