The successful candidate will be part of a specialist group responsible for the end-to-end processing of complex assets, including trade capture, confirmation management, lifecycle management, independent valuations, bilateral settlement management, reconciliations, and collateral management. This role is pivotal in supporting the Middle Office, Collateral Management, and Fund Accounting businesses to deliver an integrated and efficient operating model for clients. The Complex Assets Product Manager will be expected to be a subject matter expert, driving operational standards, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, with a strong background in the securities industry, particularly in middle or back office operations. A deep understanding of complex assets, including derivatives, is essential. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading product life cycle activities, be adept at managing client relationships, and have a proactive, problem-solving approach to their work. Responsibilities also include partnering with global product executives, presenting product offerings to clients, and driving strategic initiatives to improve operating models.
