About the Role The Company is in search of a Director/Managing Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the market presence in stock-based compensation and complex securities advisory services. This role involves not only increasing the volume and variety of client engagements but also leading the development of a professional team to meet the growing service needs. The role requires a strategic approach to business development, a deep understanding of complex financial and advisory services, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The candidate will be expected to have expertise in areas such as financial reporting, valuation, corporate finance, and tax, among others

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with an MBA being a plus, and a minimum of 8-12 years' of relevant experience, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm. CFA or CPA certification is also preferred. Applicants for the Director/Managing Director position at the company should be seasoned professionals with a strong background in the financial services industry.. A proactive and dynamic approach to expanding market presence and a proven track record in client service are essential. The position is open to candidates in any major U.S. city and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a challenging and rewarding environment.
