JOB PURPOSE

The Aircraft Parts Cleaner at PAG Prime Turbines - Mesa Engine Facility is responsible for cleaning fuel nozzle and engine parts for PT6A and PT6T Engines, ensuring they are prepared for inspection and further processing.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Job Functions: Clean metal parts to remove all foreign materials and prepare them for inspection. Inspect parts for any defects. Manually dry parts after cleaning. Move loaded carts into and out of the cleaning area. Maintain the cleaning system, including hoses and spray guns. Coordinate component flow with other departments. Perform all other duties as requested by management. Working Conditions Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds. Repetitive hand movements. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Job Specifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain a clean and orderly working environment. Ability to multitask and adapt to priority changes. Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to accountability. Ability to organize and plan work to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical Airframe/Powerplant training through trade school or military aircraft maintenance programs is recommended but not required. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of related experience in aviation maintenance, aviation manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
