Scope of the Position

To maintain activities that safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property. Perform COVID screening. This position will be working 2nd Shift and weekends when scheduled.

Responsibilities

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or SubordinatesInformation gatheringEstablishing and Maintaining Interpersonal RelationshipsMaking Decisions and Solving ProblemsResolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others Follow out organizational security activitiesFollow out organizational process or policy changesPrepare reports related to security mattersPossess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's licensePerform interior/exterior patrols (including stairs)Work for extended periods of time in the elementsFollow all safety requirementsFollow and support company IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures and work instructionsWork within a team environmentWork overtime as requiredPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Security/Law Enforcement/Military background of at least 2 years or more and High School Diploma/GEDContact With Others abilityStrong communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong organizational skills. Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.Strong analytical abilityProblem solving skill
