Garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente a través de un excelente servicio de ventas Ayudar a los clientes en persona y por teléfono determinando las necesidades y sugiriendo los productos y servicios adecuados Construir relaciones productivas de confianza con clientes mayoristas y minoristas Procesar las transacciones de ventas de manera precisa y coherente con las políticas y los procedimientos Seguir y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales Mantener fórmulas y archivos de órdenes de trabajo precisos Retirar los productos adecuados del piso de ventas o del almacén Realizar matices y mezclar productos, según sea necesario, de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente Abastecer los estantes y colocar los exhibidores Limpiar los equipos de la tienda Cargar/descargar camiones de entrega Ayudar a realizar entregas, según sea necesario Mantener las áreas asignadas con existencias y en condiciones presentables Permanecer informado sobre los productos ofrecidos y analizar las opciones disponibles Cumplir con los procedimientos de control de inventario Sugerir formas de mejorar las ventas Requisitos mínimos: Debe tener al menos dieciocho (18) años de edad Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en el país del empleo sin necesidad de patrocinio para obtener un visado de trabajo ahora o en el futuro Debe tener la capacidad, con o sin adaptaciones razonables, de retirar material de estantes y pilas del piso y levantar y transportar hasta 50 lb con frecuencia y hasta 70 lb en ocasiones Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar todas las horas programadas, que pueden incluir noches y fines de semana, con o sin adaptaciones razonables Si es interno de Sherwin-Williams, debe haber recibido al menos una calificación de “cumple con las expectativas” (3) en su evaluación de desempeño más reciente Si es interno de Sherwin-Williams, debe haber completado todos los cursos de aprendizaje en línea de la nube de RR.
