We are looking to fill a Network Software Test Engineer Intern position in our Network Testing Laboratory (NTL) for our family of network switches of the HPE Aruba Networking family.
On a typical day as a Network Software Test Engineer, you would design enhancements, to test automation and scripting changes for portions and test cases of test scenarios on networking protocols, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues. Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development. Typically 0-2 years experience Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages. Good analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging proceduresNice to have:
Basic experience in scripting languages such as Python, and web based languages such as Javascript/ReactJS/PHP/MySql. Basic experience with Unit Test Automation. Basic experience in Networking, Linux.#puertorico
