This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
What YOU will do:
Initiate and coordinate Class I and Class II engineering changes and deviations utilizing the Collins Configuration Control Board process Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) part level ownership including communication, risk management and project requirements Present to Engineering and Program Management as well as Customer representatives Coordinate design changes with customers (Internal and External) and suppliers Coordinate Teamcenter training with project teamWhat YOU will learn:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and 2 years prior relevant experience. Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is preferred. Project Management experience. Teamcenter, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel experience. Experience working across a highly matrixed organization, including team members, suppliers, and customers. Experience leading multifunctional teams. Experience with task detail planning, budget planning and project execution. Continuous Improvement training or experience.What We Offer
