Connelly is seeking afulltime Investment Banker VicePresident to join the Connelly Investment Banking(IB) team in our Puerto Rico offices. The IB team is dedicated tounderstanding the unique competitive and operating environment ofour clients. The group combines strong relationships and industryknowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilitiesthat
includes debt and equity capital raising solutionsmergers and acquisitions leveraged finance among others.

Salary range: $130k$220k

Skills:

36 years of relevant experience within the investment bankingindustry as an Analyst Associate and/or Vice President with aproven track record of working on complex executed deals acrossM&A and various industry sectors
High level ofmotivation and commitment to working hard
Ability to leada team of analysts to deliver high quality products and advice toour clients
Strong written and verbal communicationclient and interpersonal skills English & Spanish
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Organized able to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and meetdeadlines
Excellent analytical skills

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead efforts to prepare review and analyze all aspects ofa financing including detailing financial modeling due diligenceprocess credit analysis credit approval process amongothers
Develop reporting memos and presentations asapplicable for strategic meetings with clients regardingM&A or capital market transactions and internalapprovals
Lead and develop financial models to depictprojected financial results valuation and merger consequences asapplicable
Perform comprehensive and indepth company andindustry research
Implement best practices for successfuldeal management and closing
Identify opportunities ofprocess improvements within the IB group
Lead andparticipate in client meetings due diligence visits and any otherclient interactions needed. Lead transactions from pitch to closesuccessfully
Develop and mentor analysts within the IBgroup
Provide strategic advice (capital structureadvisory financing schemes and capitalmarkets)

Education:
BArequired in relevant field Business Administration FinanceEconomics Accounting Mathematics or related field
