We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative person who can work with all levels of the organization. This position will require:
· Collaborate with diverse teams to develop, organize, and execute cross-functional plans for delivering tools/systems/integrations that drive growth.
· Balance business needs versus technical constraints. Assertively hold all parties accountable to strategic goals.
· Work with our Directors, Business Leads, and Product Managers to coordinate all efforts, track/drive the project, and manage the operational implementation process. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs; encourage smart risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit; identify interdependencies between concurrent projects to prevent downstream problems.
· Understand requirements from Business Leads and Product Managers and guide us toward implementing functionality that will help us meet our strategic goals and compliance obligations.
· Work with the product managers to launch these projects and provide ongoing support as appropriate.
· Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and provide updates.
· Assess incoming feature requests and work with all teams to determine the level of effort.
· Own progress tracking and reporting on all workstreams. Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate project expectations and deadlines to team members and stakeholders.
· Set and manage expectations around work that is required to launch and maintain key revenue programs through exceptional communication, kick-off meetings, and consistent on-time deliverables
· Strategically and tactfully communicate deliverables, red flags, and accountability for the next steps with thoughtful timelines, to internal and external stakeholders
· Understand the tech requirements needed to support the delivery of functional and non-functional requirements

Minimum Requirements:
· 3+ years of code development experience
· 3+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects
· Proven track record of developing and refining process
· Banking experience is a plus
Hours/Shift (Remote)
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
Although this job is fully remote, the applicant must be residing in Puerto Rico
Minimum Qualifications Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or related field and three years of satisfactory full-time experience.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience performing complex business analytics and data mining with strong ability to present complex data to business and financial stakeholders
- Very strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis with at least 5 years utilizing SQL scripting for complex business analytics and business intelligence presentation tools.
- Strong abilities with ETL and utilizing big data.
- Strong abilities with Tableau and other reporting capabilities such as PowerBI.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
- Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
- Being able to communicate concisely supporting the analytics created with solid support and validation
