- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with at least five years of experience in HR administration, particularly in Benefits and Wellness. A combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered.
- In-depth knowledge of local and federal laws applicable to Human Resources management.
- Proficiency in computer systems, keyboard use, and specialized software for payroll processing.
- Ability to manage high workloads, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess information, manage cases, and make informed decisions. Superior interpersonal skills, customer service, and public relations.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations in both languages.
