Principal Purpose of Position: 

Assists in overseeing and supporting Holmans operational and customer service initiatives and day-to-day operations for the region. (PR and USVI)Contributing to the implementation of Holman's Fleet Management business plans in cooperation with the customer, including client visits, follow-up reports and budget and result measurement.Provides tactical assistance to the team and will assist in directing, evaluating and controlling all operational activities to assure work is accurate, timely and compliant with company policies, industry standards and government regulations. Ability to handle projects, determine and assign resources and individual tasks, as well as allocating and balancing resources across competing priorities. Responsible for maintaining proper files and documentation, in compliance with federal and local laws, in order to do business in Puerto Rico.Responsible for vendor relations as it relates to both existing and prospective vendors. Will provide assistance and training as required.Responsible for making independent decisions regarding vendor management.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university.

Relevant Work Experience:

Previous experience working with PR Government Agencies

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

Knowledge of federal and local laws as it relates to financial and transportation services industries.Must be able to travel frequently, overnight lodging required.

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to communication in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
