Mortgage Loan Assistant

This position is for PMI Financial LLC, DBA as Easy Mortgage. Easy Mortgage is a Mortgage Bank located in Puerto Rico approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and The Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico, designed to originate, process, approve, finance, sell and manage Residential Mortgages endorsed by HUD, VA, RH, and Private Investors. Mortgage Loan Assistant Responsibilities:

A Mortgage Loan Assistant plays a vital role in the loan origination process. Their responsibilities include assisting clients with loan applications, gathering required documents, and explaining loan programs. They organize loan files, act as a communication liaison between various parties, and analyze credit reports and financial documents. Mortgage Loan Assistants support loan processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in preparing loans for closing and post-closing activities. Additionally, they contribute to marketing efforts to generate leads and maintain client databases. This multifaceted role helps facilitate a smooth and compliant mortgage lending process. 
  Qualifications and Skills: · Proficient in BytePro preferred· Proficient in Microsoft Office required.· Minimum 3 years’ recent successful mortgage experience required.· Knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC and familiarity with underwriting guidelines and AUS
systems preferred.· Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.· Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task.· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.· NMLS or Mortgage Loan Officer Licensed (Its not a Must)
