Lo que implica este trabajo: El técnico de flota realizará diversos mantenimientos preventivos y reparaciones dentro de un territorio geográfico determinado en sistemas de construcción específicos dentro del área de especialización de los técnicos. Esto incluirá trabajo práctico para completar el trabajo necesario dentro de los estándares y pautas de Jones Lang LaSalle. El técnico de flota realizará reparación, mantenimiento y reemplazo de sistemas, equipos y componentes del edificio de acuerdo con las estrategias OM&R para garantizar equipos seguros, confiables y eficientes dentro de un territorio geográfico.

Zona de trabajo : Juncos, Puerto Rico Horario de trabajo : 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Lunes a Viernes (descanso sábado y domingo) Modalidad de trabajo : Presencial Tipo de contratación : Tiempo indeterminado

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

* Mantenimiento de carros de golf, flota interna (vehículos que se poseen dentro de la planta, picks ups, transporte), mecánica liviana

* Conocimiento integral de las prácticas de Trabajo Seguro especialmente en lo que respecta al trabajo energizado, trabajo en alturas y espacios confinados. * Capacidad para reconocer, evaluar y mitigar o eliminar riesgos. * Capacidad para comprender y utilizar el EPP adecuado para tareas asociadas

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

* 3 años de experiencia previa
* Experiencia en mantenimiento de vehículos (carros de golf)

* Escolaridad: Mínimo 4to año

* Licencia
