Sales Orders Processing Coordinator (Entry level - recent graduate) 
Salary rate: $14.00 ph 

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer orders.
  • Maintain and update sales order records in the system.
  • Communicate order status and any issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to sales orders.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales order data as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration/minor or certification in Accounting or Finance is required, can be a recent graduate. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficient written communication skills in English.
  • Preferably a recent graduate (entry level) 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
