The Opportunity

The Sales Finance Analyst provides D&A financial support and insight to the market unit invest to grow agenda. He/She will also support BUs with insights, financial analysis and strategic support to drive decision to invest in sales maintaining profitability of BU/MU/Channel/Chain/Sku. Most importantly to ensure maintain a correct investment information. Support Sales Team with Financial D&A management, forecasting, building AOP. Ad hoc financial analysis to help business decisions & recomend new D&A investment strategy.

Your Impact

As Sales Finance Analyst your functions would consist of …

Responsible for preparing detailed financial reports for sales team visibility on D&A investment by channel/chain/sku. Responsible for analyzing different sales metrics such as margins, profitability, volumes based on the proposed investment, with the objective of supporting the MU to make better investment decisions. Ensure D&A analytics tools, scorecards, etc (make information available to BUs), are available to all parties Lead the investment forecast in collaboration with the OT and Field sales team to maintain the continuous development of the market aligned with the strategy of Pepsico and the different clients. Responsible to analysing and develop all D&A Initiatives and post-audit Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure pricelists in SAP are aligned with business expectations, working joint with revenue to maintain updated and correct information. Collaborate to maintain the correct hierarchies by customer & Sku in all reporting tools. Collaborate with Revenue Management evaluate diferents strategies of TPM for growth business. Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education: Financial, Accounting, Economist, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Administration or career related to the area of Economic and Social Sciences. Leadership and influence on multifunctional teams to achieve results Languages: Spanish and English. Skills: Must be a proactive person, motivated to achieve, with high capacity for numerical and financial analysis. Presentation of conclusions and recommendations, development and moderator of effective presentations to management, management of multiple tasks and work under pressure. System: Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint domain, financial information systems such as SAP, BI Analytics
