Responsibilities:- Full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, conducting interviews ,recommendation to successful placements for regular and temporary jobs.
- Provide appropriate and accurate professional advice and directions to candidates pertaining to their possible jobs placement.
- Follow up with potential applicants for recruitment.
- Fully responsible for planning and implementing strategies to accelerate company's presence across clients and potential clients.
- Ensure the development of effective promotions and campaigns to drive leads generation for recruitment.
- Established rapport and loyalty through service quality.
- Correspond to deadlines as and when needed.
- Able to work in teams and independently.
- Good discipline and determination at work
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Studies/Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sales experience is essential.
- Entry level are welcome to apply as well.
