Willing to document in physical files as well as electronic files. Preferably be a provider for VITAL and private plans.If not available, willing to obtain.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly motivated to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use and/or co-occurring disorders in an outreach setting. Meticulous in record keeping and confidentiality protocols. Experience or willingness to provide community services.
