Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
  • Create excel reports
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and clients
  • Provide customer service and answer client inquiries
  • Create and review documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports
  • Manage office filing systems and maintain records
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other duties as required
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
