Responsibilities:
  • Completes initial patient interview; examines and analyzes data collected to identify unique needs, strengths, and limitations.
  • Develops a comprehensive patient treatment plan while encouraging patient participation in treatment options.
  • Discusses clinical situations and procedures with other members of the team in order to gather critical information for the development of treatment strategies.
  • Assures that all patients at the clinic triage have had their blood pressure, pulse, and vital signs checked.
Requirements:
  • Nursing bachelor's degree is required. 
  • Experience in phlebotomy. 
  • Understanding of the nursing process and proper administration procedures.
  • Must be able to prioritize and focus interventions in accordance with the scope of practice established by the state.
  • Minimun 2 years of nursing experience is required.
  • Medication knowledge, drug interactions, side effects, incompatibilities, and all other issues relating to correct treatment.
  • Diagnosis and pharmacological knowledge.
  • Must have a valid Nursing license. 
  • Advanced English Level
