Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Service Representative of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics of Puerto Rico, you will be responsible for helping to achieve sales objectives.  This will be accomplished by attending to all customers and distributors through direct communication and meeting their logistical needs such as fulfilling all steps for product delivery and troubleshooting.

This position is a part of the Metro Area of Puerto Rico will be onsite in our Caguas, PR facilities and collaborate with customers in the Diagnostic Industry in Puerto Rico in different activities that will be mentioned below. It includes performing a leadership role that fosters positive working relationships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.

• Provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.

• Interacting with the sales team to provide required data in a promptly manner.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2 year + in a Customer-Service related role or other customer-facing activities.

• Outstanding Customer Service experience.

• Results oriented and teamwork

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish

• Lab Technician
